MasterMyLife needed an ad creative for their 7-day Residential Program promoting ICF PCC Level 2 certification. The goal was to visually communicate the career transformation from manager to mentor, targeting professionals seeking to enhance their leadership capabilities through ICF-accredited coaching education.
Challenges
The key challenge was visualizing a complex transformation journey in a single, impactful frame. The ad needed to instantly communicate the program's value proposition while maintaining visual simplicity. Additionally, it had to convey the program's credibility through ICF certification badges while keeping the design clean and focused.
My Solution
I designed a visually striking ad using a meter/gauge metaphor with a golden pointer, symbolizing the journey from "Manager" to "Mentor". Set against a rich purple background that aligns with MasterMyLife's brand identity, the design uses clear typography and strategic spacing to ensure instant comprehension. The ICF certification badges and concise copy about the "7-day immersive experience" reinforce program credibility and urgency. The bright yellow call-to-action button provides clear direction for interested viewers. This minimal yet powerful design effectively communicates career transformation while maintaining visual hierarchy and brand consistency.
