MasterMyLife, a leading EQ education provider, needed compelling ad creatives for their Video Sales Letter (VSL) campaign. The goal was to promote their ICF-accredited Global Coach Certification Program to HR professionals, demonstrating how it could help them advance to CHRO positions. The creative needed to be instantly understandable while maintaining brand standards.
Challenges
The main challenge was communicating a complex career progression message in a single, scroll-stopping visual. The ad needed to instantly convey the program's value proposition to busy HR professionals while standing out in crowded social media feeds. Additionally, the design had to balance minimalism with clear communication of the certification's credibility and impact.
My Solution
I created a visually striking ad that uses typography as a ladder, cleverly transforming "HR" into "CHRO". The minimal purple gradient design against a soft background instantly communicates career growth potential. Supporting elements include MasterMyLife's brand logo, ICF certification badges, and a clear call-to-action button. The accompanying copy reinforces the message by highlighting "500+ HRs" success stories. This strategic combination of visual metaphor and minimal design effectively captures attention while clearly communicating the program's value proposition.
